Stair time

The cats love to help me do some of my physical therapy excercises I do on the stairs.

My view today

To treat my plantar fasciitis, I had electroshcokwave therapy done yesterday. Hopefully this will do the trick, but I'm going to have to wear this boot for the next month, which is something I didn't expect. Also, I have to be off my feet for 48 hours, which fortuately falls mostly on my day off, which gives me a very good reason to just take it easy.

"Fall" Training

Pepaw got the little guy a batting tee and ball several weeks ago and we got it out tonight just before sunset. Mom, Dad, & little guy all got swings. Here's a few bits of media definitely not quite ready for the ESPN highlight reel.
