To treat my plantar fasciitis, I had electroshcokwave therapy done yesterday. Hopefully this will do the trick, but I'm going to have to wear this boot for the next month, which is something I didn't expect. Also, I have to be off my feet for 48 hours, which fortuately falls mostly on my day off, which gives me a very good reason to just take it easy.
