Tonight we took a risk. The game RISK that is. After discovering my Transformers Edition RISK games the other night with some friends we had over, the little guy insisted that we play. Well, since this game is only recommended for 10 & up, and he is six, I made up a simple version of the game for us all to play together and it actually worked out pretty good. We took the concept of the RISK game and made it more like "WAR" the card game where the person who rolls the highest dice in a battle wins and takes over their opponent's neighboring square. No cards, no rolling six dice at a time, etc. The champion in the end was the little guy, who conquered three areas, Sharon got two, and me a measly one.
