Today we went down to Dale Jarrett Ford in Indian Trail, NC with my dad to audition for Wheel of Fortune. Basically, we went down, filled out an application, stood in line, and then waited to see if we were one of the 10 or so groups of five they called onto the stage at a time to play a speed round of Wheel. Well, although everyone around us seemed to be called up, Dad or myself were never called - sigh. Still, it was fun watching the other contestants in their games, and the "Pat" and "Vanna" that were there were very entertaining. We actually still have a chance of getting called back, as several random "not appearing on stage" applications will be selected for callbacks.
